Building out Firefox's support offering for organizations, helping large IT and security teams get what they need from Firefox at scale. Thinking a lot about where open-source software meets commercial expectations, and what that means for product decisions.
Writing
Writing less often, mostly about systems, bottlenecks, and how decisions play out over time.
Learning
Focusing on core product work: talking to users, asking better questions, and looking for patterns across interviews and surveys.
Life
Spring in Berlin. Outside more with my family now. Still digitizing paperwork and tightening backups (NAS, photos) so future-me has fewer problems.
